Be Your Best with this 5-Day Self-Care Challenge
An act of self-care is any activity that we do in order to take care of our mental, emotional, and physical health. From July 27-31, UBC Recreation encourages you to set some time aside for yourself and complete acts of self-care for 5 straight days. National Drowning Prevention Week (DPW) - the third week of July - is an annual initiative of the Lifesaving Society aimed at reducing the number of water-related fatalities and drowning incidents by promoting water safety messages in the community.
